The Good: A welcome change from the dark angry shooter types, most of

this game is set either in beautifully rendered colourful jungles or ancient
Mayanesque tombs. The controles are responsive and easy to use, with the
standard L1 to aim and R1 to fire. The enemies are fun to listen to and do
get harder as the game progresses. This story reminds me of a current
generations Indiana Jones movie. The game also has fun platformer
    elements.
The Bad: I did run out of ammo in a few areas... so ammunition
management is needed at times. The storyline goes a bit soft near the end
when the "so far" realistic man's man type hero starts fighting not so realistic
enemies. And although I applaud Naughty Dog for including 1000 "Reward
Points" to give the player the illusion of the 360's achievements, since

they aren't associated with an overall gamer score... it doesn't seem worth
the time trying to get them all.
Overall: This is one of the first PS3 exclusives to almost reach the level of
hype that was surrounding it before it's release. You can't help but smile
when you play this game, the game just feels fresh and fun. But like alot of
the big PS3 games that came out in the first year of the consoles life, once
you finish the story mode (10-12 hours) you don't really feel the need to
play it for a long time. I suggest treating this game like a great movie... rent
it and enjoy it then be happy to bring it back. You can also rent it again if
you feel like enjoying it again in a few years (or if we ever get our long-
    rumoured trophies or entitlements.
