Chops Suey
The Good: By far the greatest platformer ever created. The dev team at
Nintendo sure know how to use their console because not only does this
game look great... it has the best Wii controles so far. Everything feels
natural and fluid. You get the joy of shaking and flipping the wiimote without
feeling like you need to be double jointed to beat certain levels. The level
designs will bring a smile to the face of any old-school Mario Bros fan.
Also... the use of NES Mario tracks made the already incredible audio
even better.
The Bad: My only complaint with this game is that the difficulty level seems
quite higher then old-school Mario games. The controles do require quick
reflexes and controling Mario when he's upside down can be daunting at first.
These are small issues really, but new (and young) gamers may have a hard
time beating this game.
Overall: This game is a must for all Wii owners. You have fun gameplay,
great graphics, awesome audio, and nostalgia that only Mario and co. can
provide. Now that the Wii is proving to be a behemoth in this generation's
console race, developers must study this game... this is how you sell
software on the Wii.
