The Good: Upgraded graphics and more original tracks and game play on

GH3. The addition of online play is fun and the increased difficulty gives the
hardcore fan base something to sink their teeth into.
The Bad: If it’s not broken then why fix it? Having to choose the difficulty
setting before the song is annoying. The game does get a little buggy from
    time to time.
Overall: Not as good as GH2 but still a nice follow up to the blockbuster.

The Good: One of the greatest party games ever made. The new Gibson

Les Paul controller is comfortable and responsive. The songs offer something
for everyone with metal, classic rock and everything in between. Although
they don't have as much DLC as Rock Band, they still have a good size
catalogue of awesome songs, giving you hours of extra play time, even after
    you've completed the original game.
The Bad: This game isn't for everyone. If you have no love for
rythem/music games or hate the songs included in the game... you probably
won't enjoy this game much. I also found the boss battles to be frustrating
and not overly enjoyable. More customization options for your character
would have been a smart move.
Overall: A great follow up in the series. This game blurs the line between
so-called "hardcore" and "casual" gamers as both can find a gem in this game.
The easy setting allows novices to enjoy the game and the expert setting is
playable by only the Elite rythem gamers.
