The Good: A fun open-world game offering hours of gameplay, you take

control of a "Super Cop" character tasked with ridding the world of 3
different gangs that have taken over the city. The gameplay has a pickup
and play arcade feel to it... you can spend 30 minutes randomly killing gang
scum, or sit back and play a few hours to try and take out a few bosses.
The more you use a certain ability (shooting, fighting, jumping, etc...) the
better you get at them through power ups. The game also has orbs hidden
all over the city, but they affect your stats so they are actually worth your
    time to find them.
The Bad: The colouring book visuals are nice but they do feel a bit dated
when compared with similar games this generation. The unlimited number of

regular gang members are pretty dumb and useless. Mainly just bodies to
plow through on your way to your objectives.
Overall: Since this game was released with the coveted Halo 3 beta code,
it was garanteed to put up some great numbers anyway, but once you
played this game, you realize it would've done great on it's own. Think
GTA on steroids and you pretty have this game... um... but now you're
    the good guy.
