The Good: Great action and difficulty levels in the campaign are satisfying.
Multiplayer is easily one of the best online experiences yet.
The Bad: No online coop is a sad thing.
Overall: It's a buy if you love military FPS and love balls to the wall action.
A great game to start the 2008 year if you don’t have it yet.

The Good: Whats not to love about a game that was GOTY for many?
COD4 turned up the notch on what games should do not only from a single
player game but from the online multiplayer as well. The game offers
arguably the best graphics seen in a shooter of its type and a rich, engaging
single player story that not only keeps you wanting to play through to the end
but is one of the first games I have ever played that truly evoked emotion
out of me as I played it. Multiplayer makes this game reign supreme as it
delivers fast, fun shooter action with a deep persistent rewards/perks system
that gives the game unparralled depth!
The Bad: There a few minor nit-picks. First off, no co-op mission play for
single player or multiplayer games. You are either playing single player solo,
or you are playing online in advesarial type games against other human
opponents. Multiplayer ranking system is a flawed skill system as there is
no penalty for not doing well in matches. You can never go down in
ranks...its only up and up in your ranking. So ANYONE can achieve the
highest ranks, etc.
Overall: A must buy for the single player game alone....this game should		--------------------
