The Good: Interesting Storyline, Great customization. Awesome Game

premise to have a co-op campaign.
The Bad: No Armor customization. Crazy hard at times. Game play is a
    bit repetitive.
Overall: Unless you have a lot of friends that will be picking this up then
it’s only a rental. You can finish the campaign split screen and save your
    buddy $10 of a rental.

The Good: Visually & audio wise the game packs in all the right things.

Game play is fairly straight forward and the single player story throws just
enough at you to want to hear/see it through to the end. Multiplayer was
the big selling point of the game, and it deliveres a varirety of game play
types that allow for teams of two to compete and match up on the
battlefield. The game also has a fairly deep weapons & armor customization
element which will appeal to the collector mentality in all of us.
The Bad: While the single player story is decent enough, it certianly could
have been so much more as it is incredibly short in legth. There is an over
use of swear words in the game that at times just felt out of place.
Mulitplayer while robust in its nature is a fairly gimped experience and
will leave players wishing developers had done more with it. The cover
system which was supposed to be a "Gears of War" style system is
anything but that and fails to lend itself to gameplay.
Overall: This game could have been stellar, but unfortunately it turned out
--------------------

quite the opposite. I suppose if you found the game for $10 I would say
The Mercs

pick it up. But since the single player is so short and nobody is playing this
Chops-Suey

online I can't really recommend this game for a buy or rent now.
